State aid legislation amended to stimulate investments in ports, airports and culture

On 17 May, the European Commission approved the amendment to the General Block Exemption Regulation on EU State aid rules (GBER) . This amendment aims to facilitate investments notably in port, airports, and culture and heritage conservation sectors.
