EUROCITIES is looking for an external evaluator to assess the impact of our mutual learning activities under the Employment and Social Inclusion (EaSI) operating grant 2019. If you have an interest in social exclusion issues and experience in impact assessment, we hope to hear from you by 13 June.
We and our members are committed to implementing the European Pillar of Social Rights by tackling the causes of social exclusion, eradicating all forms of discrimination and ensuring equal opportunities for all. Our Social Affairs Forum (SAF) supports mutual learning activities among cities connected to these goals, supported by the European Commission under the programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI).
Within this framework, we are now looking for an external evaluator with experience in impact assessment and in the evaluation of European projects, to assess the impact of our mutual learning activities under the EaSI operating grant 2019.
The deadline for submissions is 13 June 2019. The selected offer will be notified on 20 June.
