Interoperability Maturity Model accessible online

The Commission has made accessible a new tool assessing the interoperability of public services- the Interoperability Maturity Model (IMM).

The tool is part of the ISA2 programme supporting digital solutions for public administrations in regards to cross-border and cross-sector interoperability, and allows users to self-evaluate interoperability of their public services through a 30-minute questionnaire. The results then present an analysis of the current state including recommendations and tips for improvement.

The IMM survey is accessible online until 17 June 2017, with the offline version available permanently. You can test your interoperability maturity level here.
