The Covenant of Mayors Europe Office is hosting a session on 24 June: The role of local authorities in a fair energy transition, through retrofitting buildings (9:00-10:30), with the participation of Wroclaw and Glasgow, that will give insight into the strategies adopted at the subnational level to retrofit buildings to accelerate the energy transition in an inclusive way.
You can find the event’s agenda along with more detailed information on the many sessions taking place here.
Many other sessions will discuss the local dimension of EU policies and provide recommendations to policymakers on topics such as energy poverty, green recovery, financing, building renovations, the new LIFE calls on clean energy transition, and more.
Registrations are open until 26 June.
